Let’s get one thing straight: just because you can do it all, doesn’t mean you should.
I see you, Wonder Woman—showing homes at 9 a.m., negotiating contracts at noon, squeezing in a “quick” lunch (read: coffee and protein bar), responding to 17 texts while driving to a showing, then somehow still making it to your niece’s softball game by 6. And if you’re lucky, maybe—just maybe—you get five minutes alone with a square of dark chocolate before collapsing into bed.
And you know what’s wild? To the outside world, it looks like you’ve got it all under control. You’re “doing great.” You’re “so organized.” You’re “such a badass.”
But let’s be real: your calendar is driving the car… and you’re just along for the ride.
The Real Superpower? Taking Back the Wheel.
Here’s the thing no one tells us high-achieving women: if you don’t intentionally build your schedule around the life you actually want, your schedule will build a life for you—and it won’t ask your permission.
And usually? That life includes a lot of running, rescuing, reacting… and very little actual living.
So, this week—while people are booking flights, watching superhero movies, and buying chocolate in bulk—I want to invite you to reclaim something even more powerful:
Your time. Your energy. Your life.
Here’s how we do it (cape not required):
Step 1: Start With the Life You Want
Ask yourself: What do I want my days to feel like?
Not just your goals. Not just your income targets. I’m talking real-life texture. The vibe. The pace. The peace.
Because guess what? If you don’t name it, you can’t claim it.
➡️ Action step: Take 5 minutes and write down what an ideal day looks like. Start from how you want to feel when you wake up, all the way through your evening routine.
Step 2: Build Your Schedule Around That, Not the Other Way Around
Too many women reverse-engineer their life around obligations. But you get to reverse that script.
➡️ Action step: Look at your calendar for the next two weeks. Pick one “non-negotiable joy block” to add—something that fuels you, centers you, or lights you up. Put it in before the business appointments. Yes, before.
And yes, chocolate counts.
Step 3: Redefine What “Productive” Means
Being fully booked doesn’t mean you’re living fully.
Crossing off 27 to-dos doesn’t mean you’re aligned.
If your schedule doesn’t reflect your values, your priorities, or your joy—what exactly are you accomplishing?
➡️ Action step: Choose one day this week to pause midday and ask: “Is what I’m doing right now moving me toward the life I want?” If not, shift. Even slightly. Even symbolically.
You’re Not Behind. You’re Just Not Aligned.
You don’t need to work harder to feel better. You don’t need to pack more in.
You need to be the one designing the life you’re actually living.
So this week, put the cape down for a minute. Let the chocolate melt in your mouth. Watch the superhero movie if you want to. But most of all? Remember your real superpower:
You get to choose.
You hold the key.
Use it.
And if you’re tired of trying to juggle it all and ready to redesign your days with more clarity, purpose, and peace—I’ve got you.
Let’s hop on a free discovery session and map out a schedule that actually fits the life you want to live.
Because you weren’t meant to survive your days.
You were meant to love them.
